Return Policy

Returns accepted from booksellers and wholesalers only!

Unblemished books may be returned for credit or refund if received within one year of the original order/invoice date. A copy of the original order/invoice must be included with the return shipment. Shipments must be returned pre-paid to Color House Graphics, 3505 Eastern Avenue, Grand Rapids, MI 49508. Unblemished books are not torn, mutilated, scuffed, or defaced in any way.

Terms and Conditions

•	Invoices are due and payable in thirty days from the first of the next month after the date of the invoice.
•	Discounts will be forfeited if accounts are not paid within sixty days of the due date.
•	Interest of 1.5% per month will be charged on delinquent accounts.
•	For orders of fifty dollars or more, please supply the names of your three largest publisher accounts, plus one bank reference.
•	Shipping charges are applicable to all credit orders.
•	Special handling requests must be received in writing at the time of order.
•	Special discounts or payment schedules are not available.
•	Prices are subject to change without notice.
